1. Are there any additional fees on your regular tours?

Answer - No. Our tours are all inclusive

2. What is your cancellation policy for special individual tours?

Answer - Special tours must be cancelled no later than 10 days prior to the event for a full refund.

3. On the long wine tour where will we eat lunch?

Answer - lunch is set up at Becker Vineyards on the outdoor patio.

4. How many wine tastings are covered at each winery?

Answer - Although each winery has their own offering, a minimum of five wines may be sampled at each winery.

5. Can we create our own private wine tour to include other wineries or venues?

Answer - Yes. We would enjoy helping you create a tour that meets your specific needs and desires. Prices may vary depending on the length of the tour and number of wineries included.

6. Are we allowed to drink wine in the limo?

Answer - Yes.

7. Can we be picked up at our hotel or B&B?

Answer - Yes. Although out tours usually begin at the Fredericksburg visitors center, we will make arrangements to pick you up at your location if desired.

8. Will you pick up and return groups to San Antonio or Austin?

Answer - Yes. We frequently bring tour groups from San Antonio or Austin to Fredericksburg and the Hill Country.

9. Can you provide vehicles for all of the transportation needs we will have for our wedding party and Bride/Groom?

Answer - Yes. Our fleet can accommodate any size group.

10. When are the times for the wine tours?

Answer - The long tour is six hours 10:00 – 4:00. The short wine tour is three hours 12:30-4:00.

11. What is the minimum number of people we need for a tour?

Answer - Two persons.

12. How long will we spend at each winery?

Answer - Approximately 55 minutes.

14. I have a couple of wineries that I would like to see that are not part of your regular tour. Can we visit them?

Answer - We can help you create a tour that includes the Wineries of your choosing.

15. Tell me about your historical tour.

Answer -  The tour lasts approximately 31/2 hours. We begin at the Fredericksburg CVB where we view a 9 minute video on Fredericksburg history. Next we visit the original meeting place of the founders, original cemetery, drive by historical homes and visit historical churches. Next our tour guide will take you on a personal tour of the pioneer museum and finally you will participate in a German food tasting.
